Queens Stomps Lady Spartans, 72-42

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's basketball team lost to Queens, 72-42.  Briana Sloper scored eighteen points on 6-10 shooting from the floor.  STAC struggled shooting 15-54 from the floor and 2-11 from behind the arc.  Colleen Vogel grabbed a team high six rebounds and finished with eight points.

Queens blasted STAC on the boards, 45-31 including 14 on the offensive glass.  Kara Otterbine finished with fourteen points and thirteen rebounds while Jennifer Robbins added eleven points and twelve rebounds.  Christine Harnischfeger scored a team high fifteen points as she connected on 4-6 from behind the arc.

The Lady Spartans will return to action on Wednesday as they travel to Adelphi.
