April 26, 2009 - Women's Lacrosse
Lady Spartans Finish Season at Adelphi

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team lost to Adelphi 23-2. The Lady Spartans received a goal and assist from leading scorer Jen Bruen. The senior finished the season with twenty-seven goals. Bruen scored over one hundred goals as a Lady Spartan. Lindsey Lawless added the second goal for the Lady Spartans. Sunday's games was the final game for the Lady Spartans as they completed their season 2-9.

April 22, 2009 - Women's Lacrosse
Lady Spartans Finish in Style

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team played their final home game of the season finishing with a 12-10 victory against Holy Family. STAC honored it's three seniors; Jen Bruen, Kate Quinn and Nakita Peters in a halftime ceremony. Bruen and Quinn finished in top fashion scoring two and five goals respectively while Peters gave a strong performance on the defensive end.

April 18, 2009 - Women's Lacrosse
Rollins Tops STAC, 19-7

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team put up a tough fight against visiting Rollins College on Friday afternoon. The Lady Spartans received two goals from senior Jen Bruen, Liz Gronwoldt and Anne Buttafuoco. Senior Kate Quinn added a goal for the Lady Spartans. Goalkeeper Jennifer Kugler had sixteen saves for STAC.

April 15, 2009 - Women's Lacrosse
Lady Spartans Drop 18-9 Loss to Molloy

The St. Thomas Aquinas women's lacrosse team dropped a hard fought 18-9 game against visiting Molloy College yesterday. Senior Jen Bruen scored her first goal at the 4:56 mark to tie the game at 1-1. Bruen finished with three goals. Anne Buttafuoco and Lindsey Lawless each added two goals. Buttafuoco along with Sara Schmidt each had an assist for the Lady Spartans. Schmidt and Kate Quinn scored one goal apiece for STAC.
