STAC Women's Basketball Team Participates In American Cancer Society 'Making Strides Against Breast Cancer' Walk in NYC Central Park

For the 13th consecutive year, the STAC Lady Spartan Basketball Team has participated in the American Cancer Society's 'Making Strides Against Breast Cancer' 5-mile walk in New York City's Central Park. The team, the coaching staff, friends and family were all a part on the Lady Spartan contingent. Over the past 13 years, the women have raised in excess of $30,000.00 for this very special cause.

The team would like to acknowledge Janet Kopac, the adminstrative assistant for the athletic department, for helping organize the walk and for participating every year. The Lady Spartans would also like to thank all those members of the STAC community for their sponsorship of the players and staff.
