STAC Women Win 2nd Straight 61 - 41 Over Adelphi

Senior guard Takiyah Ingram scored 24 points while freshman Theresa Dowling added 14 points as the Spartans defeated Adelphi University 61 - 41 in an ECC contest. Erika Ostrove and Raven Brinkley each scored 8 points, as well for STAC. It was the 2nd outstanding defensive effort for the women. On Wednesday, they gave up 38 points to NYIT, while today they only surrendered 41 points to the Panthers.

The win evens their ECC record at 7 & 7. They return to action on Wednesday when they host Bridgeport at 5:30pm.
