Brinkley and Ostrove Lead Lady Spartans Over Queens College, 78 - 58
Four Lady Spartans scored in double figures as the STAC women's basketball team evened their record at 2 - 2, 2 - 0 in the ECC with a 78 - 58 decision over Queens College. Sopomore Raven Brinkley led the STAC team with 23 points while teammate Erika Ostrove added 22 points and 6 rebounds. Senior Kayla Waite and Sophomore Claire Wilson each contributed 10 points for the Sparkill team.
The women return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Long
island to take on NYIT at 5:00pm.
