STAC Women Top Dowling, 76 - 71 in Double Overtime

Five Lady Spartans scored in double figures as the STAC women defeated host Dowling College, 76 - 71 in double overtime on Wednesday evening. Sophomore Claire Wilson led the STAC attack with 18 points. Junior Erika Ostrove added 16 points, senior Kayla Waite scored 12 points, sophomore Corinne Albrecht added 12 points and 11 rebounds while junior Takiyah Ingram chipped in with 10 points.

 The women improved their record to 6 - 7 overall and 5 - 1 in the ECC. They return to action on saturday when they host C.W. Post on saturday at 1:00pm.
