Joy Ferriello

The St. Thomas Aquinas softball team lost both games in today's double header against Rollins College.  The Lady Spartans suffered an 8-0 shutout before falling, 16-2 in the second game. In game two, STAC got on the scoreboard in the fifth when Joy Ferriello and Caitlin Sherrier each scored on wild pitches. 

Amanda Forsythe was on the mound for the Lady Spartans in game one while freshman Maura Power went 2.1 innings in the second game.  The Lady Spartans will play UMass-Lowell tomorrow.
