Lady Spartans Drop 2 To Georgian Court
Pitchers Jess Gogatz and Shannon Donohue each suffered a loss to the Lions on Sunday. The STAC team dropped the 1st game by the score of 8 - 0 as Gogatz took the loss. The 2nd game was much closer as senior Andrea Martorelli held the Lions to 2 runs in 5 innings before Donohue came in to relieve Martorelli and surrender 2 runs in the 6th to take the loss.
The losses bring the team's record to 3 & 9 on the season.
They return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Molloy
College for a doubleheader beginning at 3:00pm.
