Spartans Win In Overtime Against Queens

Senior John Lumsden scored in the extra period as the STAC men's soccer team topped ECC rival Queens College, 3 - 2. Trailing 1 - 0 at the half the Spartans scored twice in the 2nd period to take the game into OT. Gerald Jones scored STAC's 1st goal on a Giuseppi Chiarelli assist. Stev Ocampo tied the game on a pass from Steve Rozyki forcing the overtime.

Goalie Michael Chappas recorded 9 saves for STAC.
