Spartans Drop Hard Fought Contest to Mercy, 1 - 0
The STAC men's soccer team dropped their 2nd 1 - 0 contest in as many matches Tuesday to Mercy College of Dobbs Ferry at the North rockland Soccer Complex. The Flyers scored with 15 minutes left in the game off of a rebound after STAC goalie Sean McEnery punched a shot away.
The match was very physical throughout. The loss brings the
Spartans record to 3 - 3 - 2 on the season. Coach Graham Brown's
team returns to action on Sept. 27 when they host C.W. Post at
4:00pm
