St. Thomas Aquinas baseball player Frank Salerno was named the ECC player of the week after the Spartans 4-1 week.  Salerno went 9-for-16 (.562) and hit safely in all five games this week including two hits in all four of the ECC games this week. 

Salerno went 4-for-6 with 4 runs and an RBI in STAC's wins over C.W. Post and added 4 RBI in their win over Molloy.  Salerno had 6 stolen bases for the week.
