The St. Thomas Aquinas baseball team dropped a 3-1 game against Pace University on Wednesday afternoon.  Frank Salerno hit a double to left field scoring Matt Marotta in the seventh inning.     

Pace used a three run 6th inning to take a 3-0 lead over STAC.  Marotta reached on a fielders choice then stole second to move him into scoring position.  Selerno picked up his second hit and first career RBI with the double.  

Kevin Ryan picked up the loss for STAC giving up three hits in 5.1 innings while striking out four batters.  The Spartans will travel to Boca Raton, Florida where the will play seven game starting with Southern Connecticut on Friday.
