Spartans Split with Concordia
STAC Baseball picked up a split with Concordia. After losing the 1st game 14-3, the Spartans rebounded with a 12-7 victory. In game two Chris Skrypack picked up the victory going 6.1 innings, scattering nine hits and walking none. Joe Giustino led all Spartans going 3-for-4 with 4 RBIs. T.J. Varricchio went 2-for-3, scored 3 runs, and drove in one. Ryan Polacco had 3 RBIs and scored 3 runs. John Muller and Javier Diaz eached homer. John Mazzello collected 5 hits on the afternoon.
