STAC Hosts Take A Kid to the Game Day
The St. Thomas Aquinas Basketball Teams will be hosting their annual Take A Kid To The Game Day on Saturday, January 17th. All kids ages 12 and under will receive free admission. There will be prizes and give aways during the game as well as an autograph session with your favorite Spartans after the game. Youth will have the opportunity to experience the college game-day atmosphere and some exciting action as they watch the Spartans compete for a win over Concordia College.
Take A Kid to the Game (TAKG) is a program started by the NCAA and is now in its 14th season. The project is a grass roots initiative that attracts the nation's youth and encourages adults to take kids to area college basketball games.
Game times are 1:00 PM for the Lady Spartans and approximately 3:00 PM for the men's game.
