Ra'Shad James and Sylvia Davis were named Spartan Athletes of the Month for February.

The sophomore guard averaged 16.4 points and 5 rebounds per game for the month of February.  James had game highs of 27 points on two occasions in the month along with a high of 11 rebounds against NYIT.  The guard scored in double figures in 7 out of the 9 games this month shooting 37% from the floor and draining 15 three pointers.
