Ronaldo Rodriguez Perez has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week on Tuesday, following the Spartans latest race, the Bard College Fred Pavlich Invitational, which took place on Saturday at Montgomery Place in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.

Rodriguez Perez (Monroe, N.Y.) was the top Spartan finisher, placing 14th in the men's 8k race (red team) with a time of 29:19.7, while also helping his team to a fourth-place overall finish.

Next up for St. Thomas Aquinas, it's the Caldwell University Cougar Chase Invite on Friday, September 26 at Garrett Mountain Reservation in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
