STAC Cross Country Competes in Bard College Fred Pavlich Invitational

Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. - The St. Thomas Aquinas Cross Country program competed at the Bard College Fred Pavlich Invitational on Saturday Morning at Montgomery Place in Dutchess County. The men's team finished fourth overall, with the women's squad placing seventh.

Ronaldo Rodriguez Perez was the top Spartan finisher on the morning with a time of 29:19.7, placing 14th in the men's 8K (red) race. Following Rodriguez Perez in order of finish were: Pedro Mulero Martinez (29:48.4), William Whitton (29:52.6), Colin Graham (30:28.5), John Ciuffo (31:01.0), Kyle Koenig (31:12.9), Henry Mascia (33:44.8), Jude Petersen (34:08.6), Daniel Fitzgerald (35:11.4), Jake Mancino (35:55.2), Leonardo Rosas (36:17.4), Ian Forsyth (36:37.3), Luke Skardinski (37:11.2) and Larsen Sullivan (42:47.6).

Meanwhile, Gianna Mauri was the top STAC finisher on the day with a time of 26:51.5, taking 13th overall in the women's 5K (red) event. Following Mauri in order of finish were: Sophonie Michel (28:19.3), Kristen Kennedy (29:01.3) and Abigail Dauterman (29:44.4).

Next up for St. Thomas Aquinas, it's the Caldwell University Cougar Chase Invite on Friday, September 26 at Garrett Mountain Reservation in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
