The STAC Cross Country team competed in the College of Staten Island Invitational on Sunday at Van Cortlandt Park.  In the 8K race, senior Einar Brissing took first place with a time of 28:56.  He was closely followed by classmate Vinny Modafferi who clocked a time of 29:09 which was good for second place.  Sarah Callagy was the second finisher in the women's 6K with a time of 26:27.  Chelsea Klinger also finished in the top ten in 28:05.  STAC will be back in action on Sunday, October 12th at the NJIT Highlander Invitational at Branch Brook Park in Newark, NJ.
