Rockville Centre, N.Y. - Despite taking the second set of Wednesday evening's match, the St. Thomas Aquinas College Women's Volleyball team dropped a 3-1 East Coast Conference decision to Molloy University at Bob Houlihan Gymnasium on Long Island
STAC slips to 4-13 overall and 1-4 in ECC action, while Molloy improves to 12-5 and 5-0.

- As a team, Molloy recorded 49 kills compared to Molloy's 35. The Lions also had 9 blocks and 44 assists, while the Spartans tallied 4 blocks and 34 assists.
- Molloy outhit STAC by a .217 to .028 margin for the match.
- Adriana Zarceno paced the Spartans offense with a match-high 19 kills. She also registered two serve assists, a service ace, 12 digs and a block assist.
- Anna Gazzerro tallied a match-high 29 serve assists (7.25 assists/set). Gazzerro also accumulated a kill, a service ace, nine digs, a solo block and a block assist for the maroon and gold.
- Laura Rojas Gomez picked up five kills, two service aces and six digs on Wednesday evening.
- Natassia Romanoff racked up five kills and a dig on the road against the Lions.
