The St. Thomas Aquinas track & field team competed at the Armory Collegiate Invite this past weekend. They were among some of the top Division I schools in the country such as South Carolina, Miss. State, and others.
Winslow Dorsainvil took 15th in the 60 meters with a time of 6.84. Saint-Jacob DIodonet ran 21.99 in the 200 to take 11th overall both WInslow and Saint were the top Division II competitors in those races.
The DMR team of Kristen Borriello, Gabby Sloezen, Patricia Nersten, and Meaghan Ventarola ran the DMR in a time of 12:30 to finish 7th in the event. Kristen Borriello ran 2:24 in the 800 and Meaghan Ventarola ran 5:14 in the mile in open event.
The Spartans next compete at the Molloy College Invite on Friday.
