Four St. Thomas Aquinas College student-athletes were named to the 2016 USTFCCCA Outdoor All- Region team for their spring performances. Sophomore Kristen Borriello ran 4:39.78 and was ranked 5th in the region in the 1500. This marked her first nomination onto the outdoor All-Region Team. Senior Meaghan Ventarola ran 11:00.63 to earn a 3rd place ranking in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase in the region and was ranked 40th in the country. Saint-Jacob Diodonet earned 2 more awards this year in the outdoor season for being the top ranked 400 meter runner in the region. He was also ranked 34th in the country in the 400m. Rookie Diodonet earned a second all-region nod in the 200 with a time of 21.70 and was ranked 3rd in the region in that event. These awards can be addd to all those collected during the indoor season where he Saint won three All-Region Awards in the 60 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. Senior Winslow Dorsainvil in his 3rd year consecutive year earned the All Region Award for the 100 meters where he ran 10.67 for the Spartans this year. Winslow has also received the past 3 years the All Region award in the 60 meters.
