Senior sprinter George Erazo of the St. Thomas Aquinas Men's Track & Field team represented the Spartans at the 2014 NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Erazo finishes the year ranked 21st in the nation in the 400 meter dash. In the first heat of the 400m, Erazo clocked a time of 49.23. He holds the Spartan school record with a time of 47.56 and finished the year ranked 1st in the East Region.
Erazo has had a stellar career at St. Thomas Aquinas. He is no stranger to success as he has racked up All-Conference and All-Region awards in many events. Most recently he received the East Coast Conference Excellence in Community and Character Award for his service to STAC and the Rockland community.

George graduated with a Degree in Sports Management and is
planning to get his Masters and moving on the field.
