St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Tennis athlete Alberto Espinosa Navarro has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Tennis Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday, following the Spartans 7-0 shutout victory over Manhattanville University. Espinosa Navarro shares this week's honor with Queens College's Lucas Foix Sotos.

Espinosa Navarro picked up wins in both his doubles and singles matches, as the Spartans beat the Valiants at home, 7-0. The Murcia, Spain native took a 6-0 decision at No. 3 doubles with partner Henry Ronnberg, before beating his opponent at No. 6 singles 6-1, 6-1.
