Ondrej Sramek has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Tennis Rookie of the Week, for the sixth time this season on Monday, following the Spartans triumphs over the University of the District of Columbia and Daemen University last weekend.
Sramek (Trebechovice pod Orebem, Czech Republic), went 5-0 on the week with three singles wins and a pair of doubles triumphs to help STAC continue its unbeaten streak, which has now reached 14 straight matches.
St. Thomas Aquinas (14-0, 4-0 ECC) continues its five-match homestand, facing off with Queens College on Tuesday, April 4 (2:00 p.m.) at the Riley Family Tennis Courts.
