Odysseas Papaioannou has been named the ECC Men's Tennis Player of the Week, while Ondrej Sramek scores Rookie of the Week honors, for a second straight week on Monday, following the Spartans 2-0 week on the court.

Papaioannou (Thessaloniki, Greece) went 2-0 on the week with a win in both singles and doubles action to help STAC continue its impressive undefeated streak, which has now reached 11 straight matches. His singles win came in the No. 1 spot in a huge ECC matchup against Queens' Roni Rikkonen in which he won 7-5, 1-6, 7-6 (4).

Meanwhile, Sramek (Trebechovice pod Orebem, Czech Republic) went 3-0 on the week with a pair of singles wins and a doubles triumph to help STAC continue its unblemished record, which has now reached 11-0.
