Freshman midfielder Eitan Zeitoune of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Soccer team has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week, following the Spartans 2-0 week on the pitch with a pair of conference matches against the College of Staten Island and Molloy University.
Zeitoune's (Entre Rios-Parana, Argentina) spectacular play in both STAC's 1-0 home victory over the Dolphins and 4-2 road win over the Lions last week helped to keep the Spartans perfect in ECC play.
STAC (5-2-2, 4-0 ECC) takes its perfect conference record to Queens College on Saturday October 11. The Spartans and Knights will lock horns in Flushing, New York beginning at 7:30 p.m.
