St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Soccer athlete Christian Ferlisi has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week on Monday, following the Spartans home contests with East Stroudsburgn University (W, 4-2) and Molloy University (T, 1-1) last week.
Ferlisi (Fr./Toronto, Canada) scored the first two goals of his collegiate career in back-to-back matches against the Warriors and Lions, to move the Spartans' record to 3-1-3, 0-0-2 ECC on the year.
St. Thomas Aquinas next visits the College of Staten Island on Saturday, September 24, with kick-off scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
