St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Soccer athlete Jorge Umana has been named the East Coast Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, following the Spartans 4-0 victory at Daemen College last weekend.
Umana (Jr./Orangeburg, N.Y.) tallied two goals and an assist in the match versus the Wildcats in Amherst, N.Y. He was also able to boot four shots in the contest, with three going on goal.
STAC (7-2-1, 4-1 ECC) returns to Spartan Field for a non-conference matchup with the Saint Anselm College Hawks on Tuesday, October 16. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30pm in Sparkill, N.Y.
