Ryan Christensen of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's Lacrosse team was named the ECC Rookie of the Week, for the second straight week on Monday, following the Spartans road victories over Felician University (12-6) and Bridgeport (13-11).
Christensen (Old Bridge, N.J.) recorded six goals and an assist in two games last week, scoring three apiece in contests against the Golden Falcons and Purple Knights. He also scooped up five ground balls and caused two turnovers.
STAC (2-1) concludes its road trip, visiting Post University on Wednesday, March 8, with the opening faceoff set for 2:00 p.m. in Connecticut.
