Monsey, N.Y. - Nicholas Delia, Christopher Smith and John Brennan each scored a pair of goals, as the St. Thomas Aquinas College Ice Hockey team closed out a four-game homestand with a 10-2 triumph over New Jersey Institute of Technology on Friday evening at Sport-O-Rama Ice Rinks.
STAC improves to 4-1-2 overall with the win, while remaining perfect within the MCHC at 2-0.
In addition to the goals by Delia, Smith and Brennan, teammates Andrew Fenninger, James Guild, Jason Desalvo and Jesse Formica also added to the totals on the scoreboard with a goal apiece.
Theo Morris (W, 1-0-2) got the start in goal for STAC and stopped 12 of 14 shots faced to pick up the victory.
