St. Thomas Aquinas College Baseball Pitcher Aaron Dona was named the East Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week on Monday, following the Spartans 1-3 week, which includes the start to the team's Spring Break Florida trip.
Dona pitched seven scoreless innings and struck out 12 against Stonehill. The senior right-hander only surrendered one hit and two walks in his outing, but got the hard-luck no-decision.
St. Thomas Aquinas (4-9) continues its Sunshine State road trip, taking on Southern Connecticut State on Monday, March 14 at 1:00 p.m in Lake Worth.
