Alex Mack Earns D2CCA & ABCA/Rawlings Division II All-American Status

On Friday, the Division II Conference Conference Commissioners Association, along with the American Baseball Coaches Association and Rawlings Sporting Goods released their Division II All-America selections for the 2021 season.

St. Thomas Aquinas College's Alex Mack was named a member of the D2CCA Second Team and ABCA/Rawlings Third Team. Mack adds this distinction to his previously announced ECC Pitcher of the Year and First Team All-Conference selections, his NCBWA, D2CCA and ABCA/Rawlings East Region Pitcher of the Year and First Team All-Region accolades and NCBWA Second Team All-America honors.

Alex Mack (Gr./SP/Cornwall, N.Y.), closed out his stellar collegiate career, posting a 7-1 record in 10 appearances for St. Thomas Aquinas College in 2021. Alex recorded a 1.61 ERA with 81 strike outs, and became one of the East Region's best trios on the mound, along with fellow teammates Aaron Dona and Angelo Baez in the starting rotation.
