USTFCCCA Outdoor Track & Field Polls Slot Men's Team First, Women Second in East Region This Week

In the latest USTFCCCA Division II East Region polls, released on Tuesday, the St. Thomas Aquinas College Men's and Women's Track & Field teams have been slotted first and second, respectively in the week 3 team rankings.  

Highlights of the poll include St. Jacob Diodonet being ranked third in the region in the 100, first in the 200 and second in the 400.  Rickssen Opont is also ranked first in the Shot Put, second in the Discus and fifth in the Hammer Throw. On the women's side, Camille Cameron is ranked second in the region in the 100, third in the 200 and sixth in the 400. Rebecca MacLeod is ranked second in the Steeplechase and the 800.  Freshman Rachel Spagnola is ranked second in the 400 hurdles.

The Spartans will next compete on Saturday, April 14th at the Rider University Invitational in Lawrenceville, NJ.
