Kristen Sullivan returns as the Head Coach of the St. Thomas Aquinas College Lady Spartans. Sullivan, a 4-year standout pitcher for the Lady Spartans from 1986-1990, immediately took over the helm and began her coaching career in 1990, following graduation.  Sullivan coached at STAC from 1990-1999 and was named the CACC Coach of the Year in 1998.  

During her time at STAC, Kristen started the women's soccer program in 1992 and coached the Lady Spartans for 3 seasons, before accepting a soccer coaching job at Pearl River High School.  

Kristen received her B.S. in social science from STAC, went on to earn her teaching certification and holds a masters in education from Iona College.  

In 1999, Kristen took time off from coaching to start a family and later returned as the pitching coach for the Lady Spartans in 2011.  Sullivan has been a long time private pitching coach for softball players 7-22 years of age in the NY/NJ Area. 

In 2011, Kristen was inducted into the Rockland County Sports Hall of Fame for her athletic achievements and her continued contribution to sports.

In 2012, she was inducted into the Suffern High School Hall Of Fame for the sports of Softball and Soccer.

As a member of the Lady Spartan squad, Sullivan pitched 7 no-hitters and STAC's only "perfect game". Kristen is the only player in STAC history to receive first team All Conference, first team All District and first team All Tournament Team all four years of her playing career.
 
She is the former Hudson Valley Hurricane coach where she has guided her team to NY STATES and NJ STATE Championships, as well as the most prestious  Pony National Champions in 2014.
Kristen resides in Suffern, NY is married and has three children.
