From the Tappan Zee Bridge: Take the first exit off the bridge and follow around to Route 9W South. At the second set of lights, make a right down the hill. Make the second right onto Route 340 and follow around to campus. Make a right at the second gate next to the tennis courts and follow this road around to the left and to the back of campus. Turn right into the parking lot and park as close to the building as you can. Enter Aquinas Hall by the blue-light emergency station. The training room is the second door on the right down the hall.
From the Palisades Parkway North: Take exit
5N onto Route 303N. Follow to second set of lights and make a right
onto Route 340. Follow to next set of lights and make a left next

From the Palisades Parkway South: Take exit 6E and follow
down the hill to the third set of lights. Make a right onto Route
303S and at next set of lights make a left onto Route 340. Follow
to next set of lights and make a left next to the tennis courts
onto main campus. Follow this road around to the left and to the
back of campus. Turn right into the parking lot and park as close
to the building as you can. Enter Aquinas Hall by the blue-light
emergency station. The training room is the second door on the
right down the hall.
Directions to the fields from the training room:
Soccer Fields: 20 MINUTES NORTH OF CAMPUS - bathrooms, concession ONLY. North Rockland Soccer Complex. At the main gate, make a right onto Route 340 and follow to the light. At the light, make a right onto Route 303 North. At the next set of lights, make a left onto Orangeburg Road. Follow this up the hill to the entrance for the Palisades Parkway North on your right. Take the Palisades Parkway to Exit 14. Make a right off the exit and immediately make a right into the soccer complex.
Lacrosse Field: 40 MINUTES NORTH OF CAMPUS - bathrooms ONLY. Torne Valley Community Center. At the main gate, make a right onto Route 340 and follow to the light. At the light, make a right onto Route 303 North. At the next set of lights, make a left onto Orangeburg Road. Follow this up the hill to the entrance for the Palisades Parkway North on your right. Take the Palisades Parkway to Exit 9W and get on I-87 North. Take I-87 North to Exit 15A and make a right at the end of the ramp. Follow around and over green bridge. Make next left and follow for about 1 mile. The facility will be on your left.
Softball Field: 5 MINUTES FROM CAMPUS - NOTHING AVAILABLE AT FIELD. At the main gate, make a left onto Route 340. Follow for about a 1/2 mile and the field complex will be on your right. Parking is limited, please call ahead for instrucitons on where to park. PLEASE NOTE: there are NO BATHROOMS, NO RUNNING WATER, NO FACILITIES at this field.
Baseball Fields: 10 MINUTES FROM CAMPUS - bathrooms, concession ONLY. Veteran's Memorial Park. At the main gate, make a right onto Route 340 and follow to the light. At the lights, make a right onto Route 303N. At the next set of lights, make a left onto Orangeburg Road. Follow this road to the 4th set of lights and make a left onto Blaisdell Road. Make the first right onto Hunt Road and the baseball field will be just ahead on your right.
30 MINUTES NORTH OF CAMPUS - bathrooms ONLY. Rockland Community College (RCC). At the main gate, make a right onto Route 340 and follow to the light. At the light, make a right onto Route 303 North. At the next set of lights, make a left onto Orangeburg Road. Follow this up the hill to the entrance for the Palisades Parkway North on your right. Take the Palisades Parkway to Exit 9W and get on I-87 North. Take I-87 North to Exit 14B and make a right at the end of the ramp. Follow around to the 2nd set of lights and make a left onto Spook Rock Road. Bear to the left at the "Y", staying on Spook Rock Road. Follow this around to Viola Road on your right. Make a right onto Viola Road and you will see the back entrance to RCC. Enter the campus and stay straight up towards the maintenance shed (turns to dirt path) and follow through the trees to the parking area of the baseball field on your right.
